23 Oct 2020 --- US-based private equity firm CORE Industrial Partners has announced its acquisition of J&K Ingredients Corp, a manufacturer of baked goods ingredients with an emphasis on natural, organic and clean label products. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
