02 Nov 2020 --- Nestlé USA has acquired Freshly, a chef-cooked meal delivery service, in a deal valuing Freshly at US$950 million, with potential earnouts up to US$550 million contingent on the successful growth of the business. The move comes as the at-home eating market gains popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic.
