13 Sep 2024 --- General Mills is planning to sell its North American yogurt business to French dairy companies Lactalis and Sodiaal in a US$2.1 billion cash deal. The move is touted as a “portfolio reshaping” strategy to allow the Cheerios maker to focus on brands that have more substantial margins.
